What has currently been designed, and what would you like to keep about it?

Should be simple

Happy with page style. Wants to keep things minimal.

• Frame 12 is preferred

• Landing page of login screen: “I am a UNSW Student”

• Directly enter zID

• Text in Figma should be changed

• Option to sign in with socials should not exist

External Students

Companies

• Will want to use their emails to sign in

What do you not like about it/to be redesigned?

Are there any stylistic features you’d like?

Closer look at the auth system. We need a walkthrough of:

• The different pages

• The typical user workflow

• Admin workflow + any other user flow

• A fourth screen to handle logout. Like a confirmation that the user has logged out.

Passwordless login - Needs to support security key. Just need a button that says sign in without a password.
Need screens for forgetting/resetting password.

Admin page - page to configure connected apps. page to manage accounts (split into zpass and external accounts). Page to issue remote password resets/suspend accounts (suspending also needs to work for zpass. “Your account has been suspended. Please contact the technical team for more information. <platform-email>”).

What pages would you like us to prioritise first (probably a page where it’s a blocker if you don’t have a design)? When are you expecting this by?

Timeline - Supporting zpass only logins (Frame 12 desktop + mobile layout) then the consent screen. ASAP by term 1. Rest of it done over term 1.

Fonts Discussion

• Is it too expensive?

• Would we have the time to make mobile app redesigns as well for the money to be worth it?

• Alternate options?

• It's a 1 off purchase. If we exceed 10,000> views per month, then we have to pay a little more to get the delta license.

• Not worth if just freerooms. Only workaround is to make a PWA (see what Native App features the need tomorrow). Dev license for app store? Is it really worth it…

• Won’t get the mobile font for now
