Training Program Structure
2 mentors, 3 trainees
Decide the number of teams (i.e., number of trainees in take) after figuring out how many mentors there will be
Mentors are from past runs of the programs (previous mentor or trainee)
Depending on the skills of the mentors, can create different streams of the training program with technologies that are not MERN but are in projects
Informal crash courses and discussions with mentors
Should be Flagship Project technology since that is what they will be transitioning to
Need to gauge trainee interest too. Ask trainees what they're into to decide what other technologies from projects to teach

Week 0: onboarding (Meriton? 😊)
Week 1-3: Workshops
Week 4-17: Working on project
Cuts through exam period and goes all the way to week 3 next term
Week 18: Showcase (week 3 next term)
Week 6: Beach bonding event

Find leads (past participants) ASAP starting right now
Casual DM. Nothing too formal
If this doesn’t work out, look for more leads another way
Prepare notes for workshops (with edu) and plan content of term
