VISIONS
Our visions for the Training Program are that the program:
Acts as an alternative entry point into joining CSESoc Dev (the main one being a flagship project)
Provides an intro into web development/dev culture
Provides hands on, interactive and engaging experience
Motivates and provides a reason for people to work on a “personal project” in their free time
Maintains a consistent or improving program quality
Develops leads' project management and software design skills
PRINCIPLES
Our principles for the Training Program include being:

GOALS
Our goals for the Training Program are:
Every group will be able to present a project by the end of the program
Maintain a 2 lead : 3 trainee ratio structure
Gradually increase in leads and trainees
Leads: 14 -> 20 -> 20
Having more than 20 leads may prove to be difficult to manage
Trainees: Calculated by the 2:3 ratio
Improve and maintain a balance in diversity ratios for trainees
Gender → A minimum of 40% females
international/domestic students → A minimum of 20% international students
Maintain or steadily grow the number of Trainee applicants
80>% of trainees feel more comfortable with MERN/web development after the program
Formally gain feedback at the end of each workshop and end of the program for future improvements
3 program wide bonding events each term
