BE - Holiday Sprint Update

The main focus of the holiday sprint was the implementation of the collaborative editor (both the backend and frontend client), unfortunately this is still an on-going goal .

What we completed:

Summary:

• Planned a general “server design“ + implemented it

• We completed a base FE client that will allow the FE to communicate with our BE client without having to get into the nitty gritty details of OT

• Construct a custom marshaller + methods for operating on document state

Whats left:

• Implement the transformation functions + conflict detection

• Continue integrating with frontend

• Testing
