Discord Bot Buddies - pairing new members with old members

Goal: allow new members to get to know the code base better, especially to learn about the database, and for the old members to have an extra helping hand if they need and pass on their knowledge

Pairings:

• Carrot Board: Sam - Alex

• Role Whitelist: Harry - Dominic

• Standup: Jason - Murtaza

Next steps:

• New member organise a time with the old member and together quickly go through the feature together

• Pair program to get stuff done, or old members can assign new members something to do but the newbies have their own features to do so don’t give them too much

• At least one meeting, feel free to do more
